This cutting board seemed to be fine until my husband pointed out that the plastic was so rough on the surface that food stuck to it when you wiped it off. It washes better under the fawcett. I like the size. We had a large marble cutting stone previously that broke after 20 years, so it may be that we just need to get used to the rough plastic. Like other people have said it does show the cut groves from use. I will use it for a while but it won't last 20 years like the last cutting board. It was priced at about what it is worth....lol
