BETTER CHEMISTRY Stain Proof is an advanced penetrating sealer that permanently seals stone, grout, or concrete using advanced technology. Most other sealers use Teflon or Silicone type solids to plug pores. These solids, although effective, wear out and need to be periodically reapplied. This is not the case with Stain Proof. It never has to be reapplied!
SEALS AGAINST WATER, OIL and SALT Stain Proof permanently renders stone surfaces unattractive to water, oil and salt. These liquids do not penetrate the surface allowing them to be easily washed clean. Stain Proof is perfect for stone countertops, floors, showers and tubs. Stain Proof works indoors as well as outdoors, is an excellent graffiti repellent and will also stop or prevent efflorescence (white chalky powder) on brick, block or concrete. Incidentally, Stain-Proof will pass through existing water or petroleum based sealers.
WRITTEN PERFORMANCE WARRANTY The deep penetration of Stain Proof combined with the permanent bonding allows Dry Treat, Inc. to offer a written 15 year performance warranty when applied by a certified applicator. This performance warranty maintains that the stone or concrete will remain hydrophobic (water) and oleophobic (oil), or in other words, completely stain free.
USE ANY CLEANSER Though it changes the surface tension of the stone or concrete, Stain-Proof wont change its appearance and wont make any surface slippery. It will, however, make cleaning and maintenance much easier. In fact, ANY CLEANSER can be safely used without affecting the seal. The ability to use any cleanser allows you the freedom to use bleach or alcohol as an anti-bacterial agent on your stone countertops and floors.
