I need to know how to make a great baked potato in the oven?

OVEN BAKED POTATOES

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scrub and wedge 6-8 medium potatoes.

Prepare sauce mix:

1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

Blend sauce mix into small bowl. Dip potatoes into mix and place face down (peel side up) into baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Baste frequently until golden brown.
